Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Fikabot collects through this website and when you get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Data handled inside our products for customers is covered by the agreement for that product.
What we collect
- What you choose to send us: your name, email address, message, and whether you'd like product updates — through the contact form, email, phone or text.
- Business details you share while we discuss or deliver a project, such as requirements, processes and your team's contact details.
- The contact form stores nothing on this website: it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
Cookies and third parties
- This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It only remembers your language choice in your own browser.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some product images from our other websites, so those servers receive your IP address, as with any website you visit.
- Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and understand your needs.
- To scope, deliver and support the work we agree on.
- To send occasional news about our products — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Our team, as needed to respond to you or deliver your project.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as email and hosting providers. Some of them may store data outside your province or outside Canada.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
System access and credentials
- If a project needs access to your systems, such as API keys or account permissions, we arrange it only after we've agreed on the work, through a secure channel, and limited to what the project needs.
- Please never send passwords or secret keys through the contact form or ordinary email.
How long we keep it
- We keep enquiry and project records only as long as we need them for follow-up, delivery, and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted, where the law allows.
- If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Changes to this policy
- If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
